About me

My name is Lada, I am 26 years old and I graduated from a pedagogical high school. I have been working with children since I was 16 years old, outside of school practice I led clubs, camp units, cooperated with the psychological help center and created experiential programs for children. I also tutored children, I used to assist boys with cerebral palsy. After graduating, I worked for a year as a school assistant in three kindergartens, then as a teaching assistant at the Janáček Conservatory. Now I am the mother of a 2.5-year-old son, at a family house, I study Teacher Training for the 1st level remotely. Working with children is natural to me, I rely on mutual respect, rules and attention. We spend time with our son mainly outside, on the playground, in the woods, or on trips. We bake, paint and read books together at home. I like to create a program for children (games, creations, activities) and at the same time I give enough space for free play. My interests include hiking and staying in nature, sports and exercise, traveling, music and playing the guitar.
