About me

Hello! My name is Kamila. I am from Slovakia, where I graduated from the Faculty of Education, and I am currently studying at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague at the Department of Nonverbal Theater.
In addition to my studies, I am involved in singing, playing the guitar and ukulele, juggling, physical theater, and pantomime. Painting has been my great passion since childhood, so I have no problem engaging children in creative activities such as art workshops or face painting.
I have worked as a teacher at an elementary art school and in a private studio in Prague, where I taught and guided children of various age groups. I currently lead physical theater workshops for conservatories and universities, mainly in Slovakia.
I also have experience as an animator and as a freelance actress in the fairytale village of Habakuky.
Additionally, I have worked with the Theater of the Oppressed within the Forum Theater framework, where we performed and collaborated with seniors, individuals with substance dependencies, and children in juvenile correctional centers. I also taught at Prague suburban camps for children of different ages.
I am comfortable working with children of all ages, including those with more challenging personalities – everything depends on communication. :)
