Hello, my name is Filip and I've got over 8 years experience as Care assistant and support worker. 4 years as carer for clients with learning disabilities in czech Republic. Another 4 years as Care assistant for elderly clients in Scotland. I am professional who looks after clients needs, respect them, include them in their decisions to fulfill their life's when possible.
