About me

I am a companion for lonely seniors, whose sole purpose is to awaken the joy and lightness of life, rekindle the spark in the eyes and raise the quality of everyday life.
Since childhood, I have loved spending time with the elderly. With my then only "childlike presence", listening and natural touch, I was able to please and relieve pain even in solitude.
Since 2001, I have been studying new and new directions and in practice I apply methods to support a person who is troubled by something through conscious touch, listening and other communication techniques.
My focus is to find a way and with what to INCREASE THE QUALITY OF LIFE, whether it is a private practice of therapeutic massages or the offer of a companion for seniors.
It will be my great pleasure to rekindle happy memories and be someone who listens and gives full attention to someone who is lonely and sad.
I am currently studying coaching, which is an absolutely indispensable communication tool in the care of anyone. And also music therapy, which I can at least partially use during care.
For one year I lived in the same household with my great-grandfather and took care of him. From time to time I offer a supportive, relaxing touch program for groups in homes for the elderly.
I offer my care in the morning block 8-12h.
