About me

I have hands-on experience in senior care, providing compassionate and personalized assistance to elderly individuals. I am a Physiotherapist, and I had postings in Geriatric physiotherapy department as a student. I have also lived with my aged grandparents where my responsibilities have included helping with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication management. I have also offered companionship, emotional support, and engaged seniors in social and cognitive activities to improve their well-being. My experience has taught me patience, active listening, and the importance of dignity in care. I am skilled in observing changes in health and reporting them promptly, ensuring seniors receive appropriate medical attention when needed. Through working closely with families, I've developed strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the emotional dynamics involved in caregiving. My goal has always been to enhance the quality of life for seniors, promoting their independence and comfort in every possible way.
