About me

Hi, nice to meet you!

My name is Veronika, and I am 21 years old. I am currently a student at the Faculty of Arts at Charles University, where I study two programs: Philosophy and Intercultural Communication – specifically, translation and interpreting from Spanish.

If I had to express what I truly love in one word, it would be languages. Since childhood, I have been studying English, which I now speak at a C1+ level. In high school, I started learning Spanish, which I have been studying for seven years now, also at a C1+ level. I recently returned from my Erasmus exchange in Spain, specifically in Granada, where I studied Translation and Interpreting at the University of Granada.

For the past two years, I’ve been studying French, along with Greek, which I absolutely adore. Since September, I’ve also been learning Romanian. :) I teach languages at the Presto Language School, working with both individuals and groups. I also have two years of experience tutoring a 10-year-old boy.

Velice ráda budu doučovat jazyk anglický a španělský. Má úroveň španělštiny je na úrovni B1/B2, a tedy zvládnu doučit základy španělštiny, ale zároveň i ty již mírně pokročilé. Aktuálně studuji španělštinu pro překlad a tlumočení na Univerzitě Karlově. Má úroveň angličtiny je na úrovni B2/C1, přičemž jsem v roce 2021 složila certifikát z anglického jazyka na úrovni B2. Jsem schopná doučit základy angličtiny, mírně pokročilé, a také pokročilé. Jsem schopná doučovat i jazyk český, a to jak morfologii, tak literaturu. Odmaturovala jsem v roce 2022 se známkou “výborný”.
