What I would like to know about the of the dog/pet

I would like to know a few basic details about your dog so I can provide the best possible care. What is their breed and age? Do they have any special needs, such as medication or dietary requirements? What are their habits? For example, how often do they go for walks, when are they used to eating, and what activities do they enjoy the most?

I would also like to know if your dog is socialized and if they get along with other dogs, in case I need to care for multiple pets. You can also tell me if they have any favorite toys or places where they feel most comfortable. The goal is for your dog to feel as comfortable as possible with me.
